By accessing this website or using the ADR Academy platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
ADR Academy is a school management platform provided by ADR Systems. The platform and this website are provided in an early-access phase; features described on this site reflect our product roadmap and may evolve before general availability.
3. Early access
Schools joining the early-access programme use the platform under a separate agreement with ADR Systems covering configuration, hosting, support and data processing. In case of conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
- Keep account credentials confidential and use roles responsibly.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, this website and all related materials are the property of ADR Systems. School data entered into the platform remains the property of the school.
6. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" during development. While we work hard to keep everything accurate and available, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADR Systems shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated date.
