- School data entered into the platform by your institution (student records, assessment results, fee information).
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to improve the website.

- To respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations.
- To provide the ADR Academy service to your school under our agreement with the institution.
- To improve our website, products and support.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Hosting and data protection
Schools choose where their data is hosted: ADR Systems infrastructure, the school's own infrastructure, or a fully managed arrangement. All traffic is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and backups are taken regularly regardless of the hosting option.
5. Data retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. School data is retained for the duration of the school's subscription and handled according to the data processing agreement in place with the institution.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us at any time and we will respond within a reasonable period.
